Annie Wersching, born March 28, 1977, in New York City and died on January 29, 2023, in Los Angeles. She was an American actor who was best known for her role as Renee Walker on 24. Annie was also a regular on TV shows in shows such as The Rookie Bosch (TV series) and Timeless. She performed voice-over and motion capture work for Tess' character in Naughty Dog video game The Last of Us. Her fame was due to her appearances in TV shows such as 24 Bosch, Timeless and numerous other shows. The brilliant actress passed away at the age of 45 following a lengthy struggle of cancer. Wersching was admired and loved by colleagues and fans alike and her death is a huge loss to the entertainment industry. Her extraordinary performances will be forever appreciated and missed by her loved family members. Annie Wersching continued her career as an entertainer despite her diagnosis with cancer in 2020. Her notable roles were in Star Trek. Picard played the role of Borg in the second season of the series and she appeared as a recurring role on The Rookie. Her talent also extended to the gaming world lending her voice to the character Tess in the critically acclaimed gaming game The Last Of Us which was later turned to a series on TV by HBO. Wersching is a professional performer and a true professional. Her commitment and dedication will be missed greatly.
